November 23-24, the first private primary and secondary school physical education innovation and development forum and China Private Education Association of primary and secondary school physical education working committee inaugural meeting was held in Hainan Qionghai. More than 160 representatives from 62 private schools in 18 provinces and cities attended the meeting. Our school participated as a founding member.

Organized by the China Association for Private Education and hosted by the Hainan Campus of Haidian Foreign Language Education Group, the theme of the conference was "Integration of Physical Education with Sports", aiming to set up a platform for sharing, displaying and exchanging ideas.

The Primary and Secondary School Sports Working Committee of the China Association for Private Education will carry out a series of sports events for private schools nationwide, including tennis, fencing, equestrian, swimming, badminton, table tennis, etc., to enhance inter-school sports exchanges and empower the integration of physical education.

More forms and contents of physical education can enable private schools to have differentiated and diversified development capabilities and meet the individual needs of different students. At the first Forum on Innovative Development of Physical Education in Private Primary and Secondary Schools held during the conference, eight experts and guests made reports on the latest achievements, practice cases, experience sharing, etc., providing new ideas for the innovative development of physical education.

The remarkable achievements of our school in the field of table tennis were noticed by the conference. Established in 2004, the school's Table Tennis Club is a professional club with the qualification of National Table Tennis A.A. In 2007, the club was awarded as "National Key Table Tennis Unit" by the Table Tennis Center of the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China.

Our student, Peng Weinan, trained in table tennis while studying cultural subjects, and was selected for the national team with outstanding results, achieving many championships in the Olympics and tournaments, and is now ranked fifth in the world.

During the period of 2006-2008, the club undertook the task of training the table tennis team for the 2008 Beijing Paralympics. The players who trained in our school achieved 5 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 1 bronze medal in the 2008 Paralympics. Chen Gang won the first place in the table tennis men's singles competition and the first place in the team competition.

The China Disabled Table Tennis Team trained in our school won the Men's Team Championship in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

During the 2008 Olympic Games, Mr. Neil Harwood, Vice President of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITF), visited the Club and spoke highly of the Club's contribution to the improvement of international table tennis standards.

The Vice President of the International Federation of Ping Pong (FIPP) came to visit our school.

In the 2012 London Paralympics, our student Yang Qian won the first place in Table Tennis Women's Team Competition and the second place in Singles Competition; Lian Hao won the first place in Table Tennis Men's Team Competition.

In the 2023 Xi'an Hi-Tech District Elementary and Middle School Students Table Tennis Tournament held in September, our school won the first, second and fourth places in the singles of elementary school boys' group A, and the first place in the group of elementary school boys' group A; the high school won the second place in the men's group, and the second place in the high school women's group with excellent results.
